He is a highly knowledgeable and results-oriented IT professional with exceptional communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently or cooperatively as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Excellent qualifications in software development, Java J2EE Architecture, team building, SOA and application support witah proven ability to combine project and staff management with technical expertise to consistently exceed corporate goals.
 

Director Operations:  Faisal Sheikh

In his role as Director of Strategic Operations, Faisal has overall program management responsibility for Kophes's commercial solutions and managed services operations in Canada and Northern US. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the goals and objectives of our clients, partners and employees are achieved on each engagement. Faisal comes to Kophes after having served in both technical and business leadership roles for over 10 years in the IT industry with companies that include Fannie Mae, Merrill Lynch, Amtrak and Manulife. He has considerable experience with large scale business process and Process Re-Engineering efforts. Faisal has a BA in Economics and an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from University of Western Ontario and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
 

Project Manager: Osman Khan

In his role of project manager, Osman Khan has joined Kophes as fresh graduate after completing his graduation in computer science from University of Peshawar, he is working in Kophes for the last three years and serving as Project Manager(PM).
